FAQ's

How do I start?
You can start with FitFor45 by registering to our app here.
Once you are registered onto our app you will receive an automated email with more information about booking your first class!


Is booking required to attend a class?
Yes booking is required for all of our classes, as our classes have limited capacity.

Can I freeze a membership?
Yes, you can freeze a membership for between 2-4 weeks. Anytime after this requires a doctor/physio letter. To freeze a membership, please email info@fitfor45.com with the dates that you would like frozen. This will either be confirmed or denied. 

How do I check my membership information?
You can view your membership details including the number of classes left & the next billing date by downloading the LegitFit App to your phone via the Apple App Store or Google Playstore.

How do I change membership?
You can change your membership to another membership by emailing info@fitfor45.com at least three days before the next renewal date.

How do I cancel a membership?
You can cancel your membership by emailing info@fitfor45.com at least three days before the next renewal date.


What happens during bad weather?
99% of our classes will run according to the schedule as we are in Ireland & the weather is never guaranteed, however classes may need to be cancelled. If a class is cancelled it will be posted into the Whatsapp group. Anyone who has registered on our app has been sent an invitation to the Whatsapp group in their onboarding/joining email.

What happens if I cancel a class?
FitFor45 has a 3 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 3 hours of the class, you will forfeit the class session. If you cancel a class and you are on a membership, the class credit will automatically go back onto your account. If you have paid for a single class & cancel at least 3 hours before the class session, FitFor45 will be in touch with you regarding a re-credit at the end of that month.

What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is yourself, your individual QR code from the app, a bottle of water & to arrive 5/10 mins early. 

Can I book someone else in?
You cannot book someone else in under your membership, however you can pay for someone else through your account on the timetable.

What to do if I have an injury?
We would advise you to meet with a physiotherapist. Our Coaches at FitFor45 are not qualified in the field of injuries, etc. If the injury is then manageable, please arrive to each class early to notify the coach instructing the session. This way the Coach will be able to give alternatives for the session.
