Hell & Back 2023 For MLHR
(My Lovely Horse Animal Rescue) 


On Saturday June 10th, FitFor45 took a team of coaches & members to Killruddery Estate in Bray, Co Wicklow to take on Hell & Back. This 8KM Challenge required FitFor45 to climb 10ft fences, take electric shocks, swim through lakes, walk through bogs and so much more. This was all in aid of My Lovely Horse Animal Rescue (MLHR). Through sponsorship and fundraising the group raised a total amount of €3,544 which will help rescue, re-habilitate and re-home unwanted, neglected animals.

Run-A-Muck Challenge 2022 For ASAP (Ashbourne Suicide Awareness & Prevention) & My Lovely Horse Animal Rescue

On Saturday March 5th 2022, we raised a total of €6,886 for two great charities who receive no government funding! My Lovely Horse Animal Rescue & Ashbourne Suicide Awareness and Prevention! With the largest team at RunAMuck 2022, over 120 members, friends & family from FitFor45 Lucan & Ashbourne ran a muck all day & night!

Fitness Fundraiser For The Alzheimer Society Of Ireland


On the 18th of September 2021, FitFor45 held a fitness fundraiser class to raise funds for The Alzheimer Society Of Ireland. We had over 70 members that participated and through that participation & additional donations, we raised €2,200 for The Alzheimer Society Of Ireland.

Run-A-Muck Challenge 2020 For Aspen Counselling


On the 7th of March 2020, FitFor45 took part & signed up over 100 members to participate in the Run-A-Muck Challenge. Participants ran 5.5k through muck and bog aiming to raise funds for Aspen Counselling and Psychotherapy Services. Aspen provide low cost counselling for those in need and they are based in Lucan. Thanks to sponsorship & a charity raffle on the day, FitFor45 & all of the participants raised €3,750 for Aspen. 

T.N.R Dog & Cat Rescue Charity Class


On the 8th of August 2020, FitFor45 held a charity class in aid of T.N.R Rescue. T.N.R is a small non-profit animal welfare group based in West Dublin. Over 45 participants took part in this class and together we raised over €700.
