On Saturday 28th of August 2021, FitFor45 received an invitation to be part of Move At The Manor. This fitness event was developed by Cali Cali Foods, New Dimensions Active & Kinetica Sports. The event took place in Palmerstown House Estate and featured some of Ireland's leading health and fitness professionals. Over 500 participants took part in group classes, workshops, workouts, and panel discussions throughout the day.
